The value for money at this hotel is truly exceptional. With prices that won't break the bank, you'll be able to enjoy a comfortable stay without emptying your wallet. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the well-maintained rooms with sweeping views over the Umbrian valley, to the superb breakfast that will fuel your day of exploration.
All was impeccable, leaving us with nothing to fault.

The breakfast was not good. The butter was mouldy. The shower has no shower curtain and the entire floor gets wet! The location is far from the city centre. Its a long hike unless you drive there and pay for car parking.

Lovely small hotel in Venice streets. We enjoyed the wonderful decor and a smashing breakfast on the street in the morning, watching Venice come to life....

We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant both were excellent. The room were very clean and had everything we needed.
The staff did not make us feel very welcome we were not sure if it was a language barrier or that is just how they are. Everything else eas great

I recently stayed at a hotel in Assisi and I had a fantastic time. the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that were spotless and with sweeping views over the Umbrian valley. Finally, the hotel's location quite far from the city centre made for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, especially as it was situated above an olive grove. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.
All was more than satisfactory.

The hotel is situated just outside the city center, up on the hill, providing an amazing overview of the Umbrian Valley. The outside restaurant is particularly spacious and offers a beautiful view just below the city walls. Rooms are basic but clean, and an excellent continental breakfast is served every day. The swimming pool, surrounded by olive and apricot trees, is a welcome sight in warm weather.
Some rooms might have issues with mold on the ceiling, which is rather uncomfortable for the guests.

All was fine, nothing to improve.

The hotel has a great view over the valley, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The restaurant had good quality and reasonable prices, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was plentiful, and the location was far enough from the center to be quiet but still just a short drive away.
The breakfast options were limited and uninspiring, and there were not many nearby transport options for those without a car. The hotel was also a bit far from the attractions, so long walks or cab rides were required.

Good value and comfortable rooms. Great restaurant with affordable prices. Conveniently located near a bus stop for easy travel.
Limited breakfast options. Limited amenities such as no elevator and small toilet. Overall a decent place to stay for business travelers looking for affordability and convenience.

The rooms, though simple, were comfortable and clean, giving them a cozy and monastic feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was the large pool, beautifully situated overlooking the valley. It provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the attached restaurant offered a great selection of dishes, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals served there.
